The Challenge
Bench is a young staffing company in an industry with many strong competitors. However, it prides itself on the different processes that include high-touch personal involvement of the principals as well as the quality of its candidates that set it apart. The initial challenge was to create a website to launch their business and stand out in the field.
Our Solution
The Bench staffing site contains a streamlined intake process, tied to an applicant tracking system that is integrated throughout the website. NimblePitch worked with the Bench team to tell the story of their company values, process, procedures and how they differ from competitors. The resulting content is very approachable, written in a way the average business owner can easily understand and access.
Later, NimblePitch helped add a blogging process for Bench, allowing them to emerge as thought leaders. The blog has been picked up by a local newspaper as an ongoing website feature.
The Second Phase
As Bench grew and further developed its process, they decided they wanted to dive deeper into the educational side of the site. They viewed NimblePitch as the tool they needed to demonstrate their unique process for business development and attract the forward-thinking prospective employees who would be most attractive to their clients.
Our Minisite Solution
In addition to the primary website, NimblePitch worked with Bench to create a Guided Tour of the process they use to vet candidates before presenting them to the client. It serves as a resource to educate both business owners and potential candidates about how they can engage with a staffing firm from either side of the process. The walkthrough of the process uses photos, text explanations, and videos, some of which highlight complex concepts with creative metaphors.
While the primary site continues to function as a smooth workflow tool for clients and candidates, the education center minisite helps both types of visitors better understand and engage with the process.
